Brad possesses over 20 years experience in commercial real estate investment, finance and development. Over the past fourteen years as President of a private real estate firm, Brad has been directly involved in the acquisition, financing, operation and successful sale of over $850,000,000 of commercial real estate assets. Located in major and secondary markets across Canada, these real estate investments have included office, industrial, retail, land and multi-family properties. Brad graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Master of Business Administration (Finance, Strategy) in 1996 and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance, Economics) in 1992.

Bruce A. Chan, CPA, CA, CFA, MBA
Advisor
Bruce, a long-term investor partner, has joined the company in an advisory role and will provide input and guidance as a strategic advisor to the firm. Bruce has a distinguished career in the public equity markets and the background and credentials to assist WIPIC in executing its business plan. Bruce is currently a board member with BC Ferries, Kinetrex (Indiana based LNG producer), and the TK Foundation. He is also a strategic advisor to a number of private ventures. Previously, Bruce spent nearly 20 years in a variety of senior positions with Teekay Corporation, including CEO of Teekay Tankers (NYSE: TNK), He is a CPA, a CFA charter holder and holds an MBA.
