After the departure of the main tenant, whose growth could not be accommodated in the building, the space was absorbed by the next largest tenant, TD Canada Trust, on a long-term lease. Solidifying the tenancy roster with this triple-A caliber tenant enabled the property to be sold in 2014 for $6,590,000.
